Hi All
I have a holiday home that I recently (approx 12 months ago) swopped to Tonik energy
A while back (12 - 18 months - pre Tonik) a new meter was installed.
I have two actual readings on the Tonik website
November 2018 0017 (Meter reader)
February 2019 0033 (My reading)
The rest are all estimated (and consistent with usage for the past 10 years!
I took another reading 3 days ago and it was 3285!!
As a test, I switched the gas off at the mains for 6 hours and the meter never moved
Even if I had left a burner on the gas stove running between visits I could not have used this amount of gas
But actually when I leave I turn off the water and gas at the mains so I have no idea how this could happen.

Have you got a photo of the meter that you could upload? Are there any zeros in front of the current reading as there should be at least 5 numbers (excluding any decimal places).0
