Losing POPLA stage - not the driver

Don't name the driver to the parking company or the BPA. You can to the landowner if your trying to get them to cancel.0

I'm just drafting up my letter to my MP. Should I name the driver to them, what do you think?0

Thanks so much for your help. I'll update this thread if I can get any resolution. Hope to get this cancelled and will pursue this as much as I can. You guys are amazing - thank you!0

You can legitimately say you were an occupant of the car, and the scammers know you were and still are disabled.
I would hold on to the driver's identity unless it gets to court. You should remove anything about the driver's identity from all your posts here.
Only refer to The Driver, The Keeper, and a disabled occupant. A far as the law is concerned that could be three different people.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I'm itching to complain to the landowner myself!
'We understand that we had every right to use the car park for which you are responsible .... the PPC have done everything they can to extort money from the Registered Keeper despite being informed of a passenger's severe disability which most certainly added to the extra challenges encountered in your car park on the day (explain them) .... their behaviour is reprehensible and the RK has been faced with a brick wall .... this is no small matter .... blah blah blah (mention all the hassle, bullying and costs which could ensue ... etc. etc.'
Steam coming off page stuff while stopping short of sounding aggressive. The costs etc. .... don't worry about that ... with the help of this forum they are unlikely and you will come to see that you have nothing to fear. But the point is most people do not find the help they need to face up to the appalling behaviour of the PPCs and for that reason landowners must accept their responsibilities to well-intentioned members of the public who have endeavoured to comply with parking requirements.0 -
Do look up the EA 2010 and quote it in all complaints, pointing out where the scammers have lied about it not applying on private land.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
