damaged floor and mats - tesco home delivery

Hello, looking for a bit of advice.
got a home delivery from tesco on 14th may. i had ordered groceries and weedkiller, driver placed crates in the hall and as we began emptying the crates the weedkiller had obviously burst and was all over the flood not to mention the bottom crate of food. myself, sister and delivery man worked quickly to clean it off the floor and half of my shopping i rejected as it was soaked in weed killer - anyway delivery for the rest of the food was rearranged for that night. within hours the floor started to warp and bubble at the joints where the weedkiller had seeped through. immediately i notified Tesco of this. they were very apologetic and promised someone would come and see it, every week that passed since i continually emailed asking when someone is coming out as the damage needs repaired being at my door wet shoes are only going to make it worse over time - fast forward to now and the store manager has only just came out to see the damage. my question is where can i go with this as we are now over 3 months down the line here and im really getting very annoyed at the fact im the one chasing them constantly about this. i have had two quotes to lift the flooring which both are almost £200 - this is mostly because they can just replace the slats the whole area needs lifted according to the companies who i have asked to come out and give a quote for replacement.
any advice is much appreciated as its such an eyesore and im losing the will with Tesco. also suspiciously my online account now claims i dont have any previous orders... luckily i have the delivery receipt and the proof money was taken from my bank.
