Hi all
New to this, but need advice
I work for the NHS as a band 3 HCSW and parked at the hospital so I could swim, it was early morning so parked by the pool. Came out and there was a ticket for £60
Usually I do pay for parking but this time I thought id chance my arm as I am skint.
Anyway, I can’t afford £60 but neither do I wish to go to court.
Is this ticket enforceable?

Yes it's enforceable. Why don't you try reading the faq on the parking ticket board. It's just above this one.0

As above what Waamo says, read through the Parking Ticket board first.
I've had several ParkingEye type tickets cancelled by using the standard template on there, loads of helpful info if you spend an hou or 2 reading0 -
Why have you started a second thread. Allow this one to die and keep the other one up-to-date.0
