Sunday/Bank holiday parking in central london

Hi all,
I don't usually drive into central London, but I noticed that during Sunday/Bank holiday there are some free parking spots in Central London (e.g. near Bond street/Oxford Street. Usually, the parking post tells you when it is charged ( 8am-6pm, Mon-Sat), but some are like following (Brook Steet, taken from Googlemap).
Does this mean you need to pay at ALL time? When I search on Parkopedia app, it said this spot is free on Sunday/bank holidays.
How do I know who to trust, without actually driving to the spot and check?

Yes , some areas allow unrestricted parking during those times, others are restricted at all times. I would assume that there is restricted at all the times and requires payment
