Paper-based ESA renewal

Hello Everyone,
My partner received an ESA50 review form which we completed & sent back. Due to poor health they decided to do a paper-based ESA review. We are happy with the outcome but would like to know where they scored points/on what grounds they were put in the ESA group they were put in. We’d also like to know the expected renewal date.
Can we ring up for this info? Do we ring the assessors company or the DWP? Do we have to ask for a specific form/letter which will include the info we would like?
Any info would be gladly received. Thanks for reading.

Your partner will need to ring ESA and ask for the ESA85 assessment report.alexandrajj wrote: »Hello Everyone,

For timescales then ask when you ring but do be aware that this is only a guide.0
