PPI for business process?

I had both personal and business accounts with Natwest & Barclays.

Ive searched online and unable to figure out if there is a separate process for business customers as a sole trader?

Can anyone advise if it is a separte process or all done together?

Any PPI for business was indeed tailored to business needs. As above, did you even have any PPI?

Yes The business loans had PPI
I am not sure on the personal loans

Barclays checker appears to look at both but I am still unsure with Natwest

What makes you think the PPI was mis-sold?

The business ppi if successful will need to be paid to the business so I hope it's still going.
You should complain separately, as the business and as an individual .
