Do certain mortgage lenders use certain credit agencies

Hi all,
Started a new thread for a different bit of advice needed. Basically looking for a mortgage and have certain things in my credit history. Experian gives me the best score as there are 2 loans not showing on there. Credit karma shows me in the worst light as it has these other 2 payday loans that were in an arrangement.
My question is are there lenders that would just use Experian or would any mortgage lender check all 3 and see all the history?
Thanks for any help or advice in advance

Yes there will be.
But no one looks at the scores from ANY of the CRA’s.0 -
Yes I’ve seen that a lot that the score is just a number indication etc.
Does anyone know which high street lenders do in fact use Experian or Equifax?
Thanks all0 -

Go ask them Jonnym8083, after all thats what we would have to do, in order to answer your question.
Some people may know which CRA their bank uses, but there are a lot of high street lenders, some will give out this information freely, some won`t, occasionally you may find this information in the FAQ`s on a particular lenders website, many years ago we did have a list put together, but I can`t find it anywere, and it would be well out of date by now anyway.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. You could try this but as you can see it’s donkeys old:

Also the score isn’t even a number of indication.
You’re being way too generous in what it actually means.0 -
