Evening all! (Images of bobbies are flashing through my head)...Very hot yesterday, Saturday and today. Bbq was nice, left about 12, was not feeling the drinking for a change...Yesterday a coup!e of friends came round with cake and I went to another friends for a coffee. Doing all the catching up...have given one friend some beans , tomatoes and cucumber from the garden to swap for some blackberries, which I'll use next weekend for a crumble or pie for my father.
Drive was long and hot today, traffic backed up from Newport to Bristol . Saw a man driving a vintage car at some speed so I gave him the thumbs up for such a cool car.
Father was half asleep this afternoon, sister said he was totally with it last night. Here's hoping he's better after.
Hope the anniversary gentlepeople had a great day, yay for antibiotics, and for extra cake eating. Hope everyone has a good day for whats left of it
