Why does CAG forum give such awful advise

I honestly do not understand why they give such awful advice in regards to court claims.
They think (Dx100 a site team member) seems to think SARS are a waste of time,
thinks defences based on planning permission is a good idea!, they dont like criticism either
I mean what is the point of their parking board?
ill say it again consumer action group forum for parking is a waste of time!!!
When asked to back up some of their advice they get in a huff

A couple of years ago I was suspended for a month. That suspension has stiil not been lifted. I think that they need to pay their monkeys more peanuts.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I'd tend to agree with that but the place is still full of sanctimony about how only the 'collective line is appropriate' and won't tolerate more assertive dealing with scumcos...so much so that they run bleating to admins to get bans dished out [not that I missed much new during my ban.]0 -
I think the difference between this/PP and CAG, is that CAG is a clique with no one in that clique who has never stepped inside a court!0
