Shower knob spinning

Hi,
We have a poorly shower.
Shower has 2 knobs- one changes temperature, the other turns on/off and diverts between shower head and rainfall shower.
The shower looks like this https://www.victorianplumbing.co.uk/milan-square-thermostatic-bar-shower-valve-riser-kit-chrome (but not sure of exact model/ manufacturer).
On/off knob just spins- before I fixed it by tightening a small screw inside the knob with an allen key.
This time, it spins after tightening, doesn't tighten properly.
The first thing I plan to try is just replacing the small screw that is tightened with allen key.
Does anyone know what it is called? (Assume once I know name, it will be available from a DIY shop).
Or any other ideas for fixing the knob?

Hi,
can you remove the knob to see what the spindle is like, maybe it's been rounded?0 -
Thank you replying so quickly. Spindle looks OK.
I am officially incompetent- just played a bit more and tried a metric (rather than imperial allen key or vice versa) and screw now does up tightly!:)
Doesn't explain why it has come loose twice but at least its fixed for now!0 -
Turning the knob applies pressure to the grub screw and it will work loose over time. Apart from gluing the screw in place there's not much you can do, apart from keep a correct size Allen key to hand. :-)0
