    [STRIKE]If you decline DCC and accept to charge your card in EUR then it doesn't really matter which ATM you use as Halifax is doing the currency conversion, not the ATM provider. What does matter however is whether the ATM provider will charge you a fee for using it -[/STRIKE] many overseas or airport ATMs will charge fees so using an ATM owned by your bank will likely be the cheaper option.

    Halifax (Bank of Scotland plc) doesn't have foreign currency ATMs in the UK nor any overseas ATMs - so you can't use one of their ATMs even if you wanted to.
