    If there's a mental health tag on a persons claim then the deadline for returning the form doesn't apply but you'll need to ring DWP to check. As advised the CPAG link for this isn't available because it's being updated.



    However, i'll advise you to return the form because without the form and evidence how will they assess your son? I wouldn't want to be assessed without either of these being returned.
