Quote me happy renewal, site down. Contact no?

Yesterday I tried to renew my car insurance with Quote me happy. Their site was down for maintenance. I have left messages on Twitter and also managed to find an email address which replied with standard message. This morning I contacted Aviva (parent company) who could not help with a phone contact nor could they give me a quote as their site is down for 'planned' maintenance. If they were planning this work could they not have mentioned it in their email to me as our renewal date falls in this time.
The site will not be available until Monday or Tuesday.
Please does anyone have a telephone number to contact quote me happy?

They don't offer a contact number or call centres to reduce cost.

No, I realise that, I just thought if the site was going to be down for days then there would be some way to renew. Anyway the good news is that they will honour existing policy until they are able to take payment.

you don't have to stick to them, find another insurer which has better customer service and you never know, it may be cheaper too
