Hello all,
I rent a one bedroom flat and I have to pay the downstairs shop for my electric and water bill they're charging me 23p pet kWh for electric and £30 per month for water and they won't show me there bill and making me pay the amount stated what can I do about it cause 23p is really high amount to pay.
Also I found out that the communal lighting is on my fuse box so I'm paying for it

I've been citizens advice and they state I can only be charged what they pay and the standing charge and vat at 5% and I challenged the shop who still refuses to accept this and I don't really want to take it to a small claims court cause I have mental health issues and I informed the council too and I'm just getting further into debt cause I'm paying £100 average a month on bills0

Can I ask for reimbursement since the communal lighting is on my electric supply or get the communal lighting taking off my electric0
