I am trying to claim PPI and have been advised to fill in the "editable word document" template form on the MSE site. But I can't see that it mentions PPI on it. Can anyone please advise, is this the correct form to do this? Many thanks!

Go direct to the company you had PPI with, use your browser and put the company name ppi Complaint (eg HSBC PPI complaint) it should take you right to the section, fill in their online form and submit it.
Please don't use resolver as too many people are having issues.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0
