THE PRIZE
9. The prize is 2 x return Economy Class Qatar Airways flights from the UK into Perth and return from Adelaide (or vice versa), and includes 3 nights’ accommodation at Perth Intercontinental, 2 nights at Cape Lodge in Margaret River region, 3 nights at Majestic Adelaide and 2 nights at Barossa Shiraz Estate plus internal domestic flight between Perth and Adelaide (or vice versa).
10. Any expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, that the winner incurs, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
11. Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and, unless stated, there are no cash alternatives. In the event of the prize being out of stock or if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
12. Flights are booked in a prize-winner category and all seats are subject to availability within that category
13. Winners should be flexible in choice of dates and destinations due to availability. Peak travel times such as Easter and school holidays should be avoided.
14. Black out travel periods apply. For flights they are 23 December 2019- 3 January 2020, 14-21 February 2020, 3-17 April 2020, 22-29 May 2020, 1 July- 26 August 2020. For accommodation they are January 2020, 15 Feb-17 March 2020, 10-28 April 2020 and 29 May-2 June 2020 at Cape Lodge Margaret River; and 21-23 Feb and 6-9 March 2020 at Majestic Adelaide
15. Winner and companion must be 18 years or older and residents of the United Kingdom
16. This prize is to be booked by 31 January 2020 and after this date the prize is no longer valid and the ticket cannot be extended. Travel must be completed by 30 September 2020.
17. Tickets can only be issued within 3 months of travel
18. Taxes and surcharges included
19. Prize tickets must be booked together for travel on the same flights
20. Tickets are valid on Qatar Airways operating flights only – alliances, partners and franchise routes not included
21. Ticket to be issued in the winners’ names only
22. Once tickets are issued, no changes are permitted
23. The ticket(s) have no cash value and are non-endorsable, non-re-routable & are valid on Qatar Airways only
24. Complimentary ticket holders are not entitled for Airport Lounge access on any class
