Disconnected boiler leaking

Options
I wonder if anyone can help,
I own a mobile home and when I got it 13yrs ago I got the gas boiler disconnected as gas worried me.

All was well until 3 days ago when I noticed drips coming out the bottom. There is a flue to the outside directly above and as we've had torrential rain I assumed the water came from the flue, although it's never happened before , now I'm not so sure as 3 days of dry weather and it's still dripping .

Any ideas please, does a seal maybe need replacing or pipes need draining or maybe it did get wet in the rain ?
