I wonder if anyone can help,
I own a mobile home and when I got it 13yrs ago I got the gas boiler disconnected as gas worried me.
All was well until 3 days ago when I noticed drips coming out the bottom. There is a flue to the outside directly above and as we've had torrential rain I assumed the water came from the flue, although it's never happened before , now I'm not so sure as 3 days of dry weather and it's still dripping .
Any ideas please, does a seal maybe need replacing or pipes need draining or maybe it did get wet in the rain ?

Did they disconnect all pipes to it?0

I don't think so as there are pipes underneath0

Are there any isolating valves on the pipes? Have you checked if they are closed off?0

Is there an isolation valve for the water supply on the boiler?
If you've no intention of using it its best to drain in. I've known one system in a mobile home freeze to the extent of forcing the pipes off the radiators.0
