Removing offer from eBay listing

Is there a way of stopping the 'make an offer' from eBay listings. I am realistic with my starting bid but then I get stupid offers.

I leave best offer on, as it helps when someone genuinely wants to put in a sensible offer, or sometimes offer more than the starting bid. But I make sure the auto-decline is set quite high, for example if the item is £5 I would decline all offers below £4 for example.
