win four tickets to be in the VIP area at the final of the race on Deansgate.
All entrants have to do is go to the Facebook event and click to say that you are “going”. The event is listed on the council’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/loveoldham.
Everyone who says they are “going” will be entered into a random draw for the tickets and the winner will be informed via Facebook Messenger.
