    Biggest shock to me in that article is the notion that they have a complaints team. Anyopne know how to get through to them?

    (OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)

    The sad thing is I was pretty sure this would happen!

    Just an update, now have access to the bill and sure enough all the calls diverted for "free" to my mobile were charged - this despite me phoning them twice already to confirm this wouldn't happen. Have phoned again and allegedly the bill will be reduced now. Once again I'm not holding my breath!
