Pip - back in account after MR?

I was getting PIP for my disability since 2013 however last year, they asked me to come for a friendly 'review' with ATOS the ATOS lady kept asking them for help, she was very interested in my parents, and how may parents provide extra money to me, since they're quite wealthy business people. Then a few months back I was told I was entitled to PIP and they will also contact me to get extra money back they've paid me?
Now they're saying they've changed their decision back and given me 18 points. As opposed 2 I was given after my 2nd review.
Is this money mine? And I thought I had to go to appeal to get decision changed?

If DWP have revised an earlier decision to refuse you PIP such that you are now entitled from that earlier date, then you are entitled to an arrears payment for the whole of that period.
PIP is not means tested so any financial help your parents do or do not give you is irrelevant.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
By the way, I didn't think she was friendly, on the face she was but behind my back, she said I don't need help, I don't understand why she would do something mean and bullying like that?0

Was any of this witnessed? And did you raise it at the time or since?
Your entitlements are just that - an entitlement which the DWP are legally obliged to pay.Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.
The law is like an ocean - have a swim but don't drown.0
