1)The prize comprises:

Standard class return rail travel for two from UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to Manchester, unless the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights and transfers to the hotel;
Return private transfers for two from the arrival Manchester station to Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Emirates Old Trafford;
One (1) nights’ accommodation for two at Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Emirates Old Trafford on a bed and breakfast basis, based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a Fan Village facing room (date TBC);
Two Hospitality tickets to a day’s play of an England men’s international test at Emirates Old Trafford in 2020 (date TBC), including: Breakfast, buffet lunch and afternoon tea; Complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks; Shared suite; Reserved seating areas; Welcome pack and souvenir lanyard; and Official radio, programme and scorecard.
2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of the date of the cricket fixture.

3) The prize is on set dates in 2020 which are currently TBC. The cricket tickets are for one day only. No other dates are available. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the winner and/or their companion are available to travel on these dates in order to take the prize. 4) Fixture dates will be announced via the ECB website: https://www.ecb.co.uk/england/men/fixtures

5) If the match does not take place for any reason (such as but not limited to poor weather or because the game has finished), the prize winner can still take the accommodation for two at the hotel on the dates specified, but no alternative match tickets or hospitality will be provided.

6) The prize winner and their companions must both be over the age of 18.

7) Should the prize winner prefer to drive themselves a mileage allowance up to the value of £200 will be offered and the rail allowance and taxi transfers will be forfeited. The allowance will be calculated at 45p per mile from the prize winner’s home address to Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Emirates Old Trafford.

8) Please note that either the prize winner or their companions will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the local laws in the UK.

9) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

10) The prize excludes transfers between the prize winner’s home and the train station/airport, drinks, additional meals, additional transfers, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

11) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

12) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

13) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
