Send letter again?

I've tried to read as much as I can, I've probably missed the info. Can someone let me know if I start the process over again with BW Legal?
2014 The driver parked up for a few minutes whilst on holiday. Arrive home to find letter from Premier Park. I used templates and sent off letter disputing. My memory is not as it was but I do remember thinking that I received a letter or had a call with someone to suggest I no longer had to pay.
Anyway, suddenly today I have a letter a "Letter of Claim" from BW Legal.
Do I start the process i.e send SAR off again to Premier or BW or just leave it. Since this initial parking fee, I have moved house twice and changed car. I have not received any other letters since I originally disputed.

Send a SAR to Premier to see everything they have on you.0

Do as above, but also edit your post to remove information about who parked. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people.
