POPLA Evidence Comments

Hi Guys,

Recently appealed a PCN that I'd received at a multistory because on the floor that I parked there were no machines available to pay, which I took photographic proof of.

There whole point is that there were, but they were probably on a different floor, they aren't disputing that the machines were out of order.

Any help with adding extra comments after their evidence is submitted?

"In the Appellants appeal to POPLA the Appellant states that on the date and time that the ticket was
issued, on the floor that their vehicle was parked on there were no available payment machines, they
took photographic evidence of this at the time in order to back up an appeal should a PCN be sent to
them, they submitted these pieces of evidence and was declined because Smart Parking’srecords show
that some machines were open on that day - despite their evidence suggesting otherwise, there were
various cars that had written notes on their dashboards to say the machines weren't working."

This is the most crucial paragraph in my opinion, the rest of it just seems to be quite a generic response.

It was my understanding that if a payment machine isn't clearing visible, then it can't be used to bite you sort of thing.

TIA!
