</td> </tr> <tr> <td class="standard11px">The K-Swiss Ariake is the first running shoe inspired by and designed specifically for Freerunning, a physical discipline, in which participants attempt to pass all obstacles in their path in a smooth, fluid and stylistic way, interacting with their environment not just athletically but aesthetically.
Parkour is focused on moving from A-B as efficiently as possible (function), while freerunning focuses on aesthetic, or visual, elements of harmonious movement (form) which are seen to be inefficient and unnecessary to parkour. Both disciplines however follow the same principle of moving in all environments.
To celebrate the launch of the K-Swiss Ariake, we have teamed up with K-Swiss to give one lucky winner and a friend the chance to spend a training day with London Parkour specialists Team Traceur!
Team Traceur was formed back in September 2004 not only through a love of parkour but to spread a positive and fun message about parkour. With team members throughout the country the group has ties all over the UK and have grown into an international team, travelling all over the world to train, learn and help to grow the discipline.
Dane Grant, Nick Steer and a couple of others make up the London based arm of Team Traceur, regularly training along South Bank and their local stomping ground of Twickenham.
For more information on K-Swiss, Team Traceur and Parkour in general visit www.overunderthrough.co.uk.
Not only will you win the day's training with the team in London's Free Running hotspots, you'll also get a pair of Ariake shoes, return travel and a night in a 4 Star hotel!
