We have succesfully negotiated a £10 month payment with the debt agency. However they have added on a whole load of charges we will agree to pay £10 pm on the original debt but not pay the charges, what right have we to do this?
Surely this comes under the unfair charges sitiuation that is currently a topic at the moment.
    It pays to challenge

Because he obviously thinks he is right and would prefer defaults, court cases etc

The fact is reading a contract isnt exactly rocket science

If you cant comply or there is any likiehood you wont be able too, dont sign and get one that suits you

I pay extra each month for a non contract membership as I may have to cancel at any time due to recurring injury

Im willing to do this because I read the contract
