How long do I have to make an unauthorized transaction claim ?

Hiya, Well i'm really confused right know and I was hoping I could get some help here. I have an HSBC account with a debit card and I've reported 2 unauthorized transactions to a company that sell flights, trains and buses tickets. HSBC says I shoud have complain within 120 days to get a refund. I've made some research…

For it be dealt with in the 13 month period. It will have to be dealt with as fraud. So your card will be stopped and you will face questions as to why you did not notice earlier.
13 months is the max time the financial regulator set for unrecognised card payments.
