Resolver not accepting log-ins or new accounts

Hi, I've been trying for the past two days to submit ppi claims via Resolver but cannot get them through due to not being able to log in. I've never had a Resolver account, but it won't let me create one. I've tried logging in with my MSE account but it doesn't accept that either. I just keep getting 'invalid email' and 'email does not match' (when I try to form a new account), but it does match, I can see it right in front of me.

Anyone else having this problem and were you able to -ha ha - resolve it? Obviously time is getting pressing. This will teach me not to leave it till the last week....

Just complain directly to the Banks concerned.

Resolver has always been problematical, even more so with just a few days before the deadline.

In view of the short deadline, I would complain direct and not use a third party tool that exists for profit, to raise the complaint.

I do wonder how long it’ll be post deadline until legal action starts against Resolver for un-sent complaints.

I can provide a complaints service for 15% + VAT, all complaints posted GUARANTEED or 2% deducted from fee.
    helpful tips
    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)
