Will Tesco convert me ?

I have a Tesco Bank CC with £12k limit, paid off in full each month, standard T&Cs.

Anyway, purchasing house soon and will be doing lots of spending getting it furnished, my question is, is there any chance Tesco will me to “convert” my card to one with 24/26months interest free type ? Would be nice to just do this and keep my credit limit rather than cancel this and apply over for one which most likely won’t have same credit limit.

Anyone done this?

You can have two Tesco cards and your limit is transferable between the cards

Never heard of getting 0% purchases offer on an existing card. Do you not get anyd 0% money transfer offers? Fee is generally higher and interest free period shorter.

And you can ask them to merge them.

OK, start off modestly and ask them if part of the credit limit of the first card can be transferred to the new. If they are willing to do it the answer will be only the whole amount and close one.
