It needs to be posted on your original thread so we don't have to be jumping from one thread to the other to read context. Let this one die - no more posts on it.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I understood it perfectly but this was my last attempt for assistance before submitting a defence. My original request for help was the 19th of August and I need to email it this week. So apologies for re post0
