Can u please tell me where you got your typical figures from? Every single other estimation website ha's estimated usage a lot lower than that.
I think you are confusing a typical 3000kwh for Electric where Gas is used for heating - your flat is all electric and that means all the hot water, heating, cooking, lighting, shower, your tv.........
Very roughly you are using 5000kwh at night at say 12p = £600 and 2000kwh at 20p day = £400. Add 25p a day standing charge then add VAT at 5% to give an approx total of £1150 and thats £100 a month.
From your other posts - yes you do know how much you've used - read your meters today and deduct the reading from December.
Go back to Npower and ask to be transferred to their best tariff - it will be quoted on your bill or go to a comparison site and you might even get £30 cashback
Do get into the habit of reading your meters - it will save the hassle you are having.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
Being pedantic I make it 222 days not 212.0
