Bought by many reviews/ pet insurance for senior cat

Hi all,
Trying to find out if anyone's got any experience with Bought By Many.
Hoping to get pet insurance to cover my twelve year old cat. Bought By Many seem to be the only provider who will cover a cat of this age and with a congential heart murmur. Unfortunately she has also had teeth extracted recently which I suspect will increase the premium and might prevent all future dental work from being covered.
Any help would be appreciated
