PCN by One Parking Solution

Hi everyone.
This is my first post here and I have read most if not all of the information regarding PCNs in newbies section.
I'm still not sure what my grounds are to appeal and whether it's even worth the effort.
So the driver has received a PCN for parking on a private car park tha is managed by One Parking Solution Ltd.
The PCN was left on the windscreen.
A bunch of photos were taken by the OPS employee which show the vehicle as well as the surrounding area and also the sign.
One thing that stands out is the close up picture of the sign that is very blurry and only two first lines are readable which say: ATTENTION
PRIVATE LAND - TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY
Is this good enough reason for a successful appeal.?
Thanks in advance and have a nice day everybody.

You just send the appeal as keeper that is written in BLUE text (assuming it is not a leased/hired car, in which case you choose one of the two pre-written appeals below the one in BLUE) as it is likely to be rejected and you will receive a POPLA code where you put together an appeal using info from NEWBIE post # 3. One assumes you did buy a ticket or have a permit or other permission to use the car park!0

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
