Ppi reclaim with Halifax via resolve

I put in a claim via resolva on 22 July 2019, system said successfully submitted. Sent reminders on 1st and 19th August with no acknowledgement. Getting worried we phoned the Halifax and were told they had not received the claim/complaint.
Just to say if you have claimed via resolva and not received a reply... Phone the bank or building society ASAP just to check otherwise you could be out of time.

Providers not getting the complaint from Resolver is something that has been reported on here before.0
