    CMCs do not have access to the financial accounts of anyone. You sign a letter of authority giving them permission to contact the banks.

    The executor of the estate can give that authority to the CMC when its about a deceased individual.

    Better still, get the executor to make the complaint themselves

    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
    it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)
