Unfair parking charge!

Hi all looking for some advice on the following please!
I received a parking charge in January of this year at a retail car park, (only 2 stores Lidl and Iceland) I happened to be the manager of the Iceland at the time and would park in the car park 5/6 days a week anywhere from 9-12 hours a day! UKPC control the car park (sparsely, only saw a parking attendant in the car park 4/5 times over 8 months of working there!) they issued me a ticket which I obviously appealed saying I was the manager and to contact my head office etc etc, they have not issued any staff with any permits however when I saw an attendant he said he would not even look at my vehicle while doing his job.
The appeal was rejected as they had not bothered contacting my head office then referred it to DRP who have been constantly sending me letters since may and phone calls as to which I’ve said I don’t feel there are reasonable ground for me to pay as should be permitted to park in the car park which the parking attendant had confirmed!
Just wondering if anyone can advise me on what to do!
Thanks

Unbelievable!
If they treat you like that think how badly they treat their paying customers. These firms must be costing their employers a fortune in lost custom.
Send a full report to your Head office and suggest they should get rid of this blight on their bottom line
Ignore the PPC and let them take you to court, When you win ask the Judge for unreasonable behaviour costs.
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so also consider complaining to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
