No default date on file

Hi, I have 2 old debts on file, both shopacheck from 2011.
They have 4 years showing default then satisfied in 2015.
However neither have default dates.
Would I be right in thinking default date was 2011 and as such they should not still be in file??
And if so who will remove them, shopacheck or Equifax??
Cheers.

Are they open or closed accounts?
When did they originally default?0 -
2011 the first default is shown.
Now shown as satisfied.0 -
But no default date, everyother report has default date, just these 2 blank.0

Anyone any advice in this??0

If you are saying that the accounts defaulted in 2011, then they should have been automatically removed from your three CRA files sometime during 2017. They show a red box with 6 in it,IE 6 missed payments every month for a few years then changed to settled(I never settled anything).
Is this not defaulted?0 -

No it's something you have to arghue against to get them to retroactively actually default you.
With many horrible companies they will not do it unless t o stop paying for 6 months and do this which is arguably worse.
One did to me I sucessfully got a default back dated.0 -
And when you ask your creditor to backdate your two accounts, then you may find it helpful to refer to principle 4 from the guidance.

Well got an update via Equifax help.
Shopacheck saying file is correct as the debt was sold in 2015 this is the date from which the default will start.
Even though I didn't pay them from 2010, so they can add 5 years on just like that?
This will take 11 years from when I stopped paying to drop off my file.0
