Problem with Virgin app

Looked on my Virgin credit card app and my balance has increased by £5,000 since yesterday :eek:

Phoned them and they said there is currently a problem with the app and if I log in on the website the account info there should be correct (which it is for me)

They said the app should be fixed today

Just a heads up in case anyone experiences the same thing

Shame they cant send a text/email to let people know as they must be inundated with calls but hey ho
