Hi all,
I have read the newbies thread and found it very helpful on how to respond to this form I've received. I have 2 questions;
1. The "Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track" form asks me to "serve copies to all other parties". The claimant is the VCS Limited. Do I need to send them anything & if so, where?
2. Can I send this back via email? Or will I have to do it by post?
Thank you everyone

1) Given they are a party to the claim - the first party as they raised it - yes. The obvious other party is the court.
The address for them is on the claim form. I would suggets you use that
2) Only if they have said they accept service via email. Of course, having read the newbvies thread youw ill know you hand deliver the bundle to court, dont expect them to print it!0 -
'All other parties' includes the court, the claimant (VCS) and any solicitor working on their behalf.1. The "Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track" form asks me to "serve copies to all other parties". The claimant is the VCS Limited. Do I need to send them anything & if so, where?
Where and how to send them is it not shown on the court claim form you have received?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Nope, it just says "Claimant" VCS Limited and a reference number. There is no address for them anywhere on either the n149A or N1800 -
Use the name and address details from the original court claim.0
