Hi All, If you are as frustrated as I was after hours of trying to 1, Add a New PPI claim on their website then do not bother as you will be faced with angry red writing in bold stating WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY NEW PPI CLAIMS (Mis-Sold) and over the telephone. Most lines engaged. Website link not working and the only referral PBP with Barclaycard which I rang and they were extremely helpful and I am now pursuing Monument through Barclaycard. Ring, log PPI ahead of the 29th at the very least they'll advise you but all is done through the postal system. No email option. I was given by Barclaycard a tel no for Monument 0800 1612 5313. Be advised they are NOT dealing with MIs Sold PPI's Only the PBP. Hope this helps and good luck! Debs x
