PCN from Britannia but I don't know who was driving

Apologies if a similar post has already been written on here! I am new to MSE and I do find these internet forums quite confusing.
I live alone mostly, but over the summer my two (adult) children stayed with me for a few months. One is 24 and the other is 23. We were all sharing one car. The kids have left now, and this morning I received a Parking Charge Notice from Britannia parking in the post.
The parking violation apparently happened in Waitrose car park on 5th August. I can't remember who would've had the car on that day, and I can't see on the CCTV image provided who is driving. I know it wasn't me! One of my children is away travelling at the moment with limited internet access.
Would it be too risky to ignore the Notice? I see that whoever it was has overstayed in the car park (by 20 minutes).
Thank you.

Do not ignore the notice unless you want to go to court
Check if the PCN is within the 14 days delivery allowed by the law named POFA, plus if it has the pofa warning paragraph on it, if it happened on 5th August then it should have arrived before the 20th or thereabouts
eMail the CEO at Waitrose with a complaint and insist on a cancellation, that is by far your best option
Then check when 26 days after the PCN date is and diarise it, that is the date that you appeal it to Brittania using the blue text template from the newbies faq sticky thread near the top of the forum, appealing as keeper
They do not use CCTV, they use anpr cameras, completely different0 -
Waitrose? One does not expect this sort of behaviour from The John Lewis Partnership. One should be allowed to shop at one's leisure. I can spend half an hour choosing just my coffee beans..
I am sure the manager will cancel if one writes to him/her on one's second best crested notepaper. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
