The important thing to note before reading the rest;
*my car which I bought 2 years ago, wasn't registered to me until recently, as the previous owner didn't follow through with his promise to submit V5 form in my name. And me being a first-time car owner completely forgot about it.
* I also live between 2 homes, my family address and the flat I recently purchased. Driving licence and car are registered to the family address.
Timeline
12/2018 - I buy my shared ownership flat. It has its own first come first serve parking with a gate to get into it. I've checked my Leasehold Agreement and it says they promise to "maintain, improve or amend the car park subject to service charge being received" meaning I'm paying for the upkeep of it. I also have a document proving I'm entitled to use the car park, up to 1 space at a time.
3/2019 - I see CPM signs in the parking area “this is for residents only, be a resident or do one, can register online”
I go online to register, It was long and I needed documents I didn't know or have (V5) so I put it off and continued to park.
5/2019 - i get a ticket on my windscreen. Fvck. I pay it and stop parking there, use the on-street parking.
7/2019 - street parking becoming a nuisance. I check the criteria to register again, look up what a V5 is. realise how important it is and that I haven't been paying road tax!! Go to the post office and sort it out. Car is now in my name and tax paid, roughly £200.
8/8/2019 - i get a parking fine in my family address mail from 21/3/2019. its from CPM for parking in my car park. Im !!!!ed, why not put it o my windscreen at the time? After a couple of days I realise it must be arriving now because i recently got my car registered in my name. My mum advises I pay for it, so I do.
10/8/2019 - 15/8/2019 - i get 5 more tickets! 5, all from March to May earlier in the year. All posted to my family address.
I've tried the lady running my flat who is in contact with CPM but she's out of office till next month and only leaves the general phone number who can not do anything about it.
How do I go about fighting these?
Do I appeal each one individually?
Do I have a chance of winning, considering the V5 and tax thing and my car is registered at my family address?
If so, do I request my money back from the 2 I've already paid?
i have 3 days till the grace period of the first one runs out btw

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so consider complaining to your MP.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

It will likely need to be a Judge to resolve this. UKCPM will doggedly chase you, no matter what you say. They are litigious.Do I have a chance of winning, considering the V5 and tax thing and my car is registered at my family address?5/2019 - i get a ticket on my windscreen. Fvck. Please look up the term 'lost cause', or perhaps in your written style 'not a fvcking chance'!If so, do I request my money back from the 2 I've already paid? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
