Hi all, Just want to say thank you to the site and all the Forumites here. With the provided tools and encouraged by the posts I finally got round to complaining about my PPI. I didn't have much hope as I took it out in 1998 and stopped paying in 2008. However, I have just been told my claim has been upheld and a nice, sizeable bank transfer is heading my way.
