Can anybody help I’m being hounded by allay claims for payment they are threatening legal action against me. I started to fill in a form on a website but then changed my mind about completing it and came off it then a couple of days later I received around 6 letters from this company asking me to sign some paperwork and return it to them I never signed it they have gone ahead and searched for ppl and found some with the Halifax I have been awarded £1800 after the Hmrc taxed me on it and now this company want £508 of this money for their fee. I don’t think I should be pay as I never once asked them to act on my behalf or returned any paperwork to them

Raise a complaint with them telling them this,give them eight weeks, at the end of the eight weeks if they haven't let it go,take it to the FOS.
You need to be absolutely sure you have not signed anything.
