Bully boys Parking Eye -- Chicken out

Bully boys Parking Eye -- Chicken out

Parking Eye admitted the text payment system was down - but still ordered him to pay the fine despite providing proof the charge was paid for the car park at Clarence House, in Newport, South Wales.

After a two-year battle over the fine, Parking Eye took Mr Hatherall to court.

But a week before Mr Hatherall's court case Parking Eye told him they considered the case closed.

I hope he asked for unreasonable behaviour costs, (but from the look of him he probably didn't).
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

From the look of him?? I've been checking myself in the mirror - can't work out whether I'm an 'unreasonable behaviour costs type' ... or not. There again, I'm a member here .... ah, that might be a key factor!!

Problem is that most people don't know they can claim costs and are just pleased the problem has gone away

The Deep can spot a bounder from a million miles away. If you ask him, he'll be more than happy to tell of his experiences in the colonies. :D
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
