Still paying PPI !!!?

My daft husband is STILL paying PPI ( for some reason). He keeps telling me he should make a claim. I don't know what to say. Obviously after all the things in the papers, he probably has been mis-sold as it clearly isn't worth the paper it's written on. What should I tell the idiot?

If he wants to keep the cover because he thinks he'll make a claim on it, he needs to keep it.

If he doesn't want it, he should cancel it.

If he believes he was mis sold, he should make a complaint.

What type of ppi is it? If it's for a mortgage,he'd be an idiot to stop it.
