Competition closes at midday on 24.09. 2019 and 3 working days later for postal entries.
1) The prize comprises of a two (2) night stay at the LaLiT London for two (2) people including;

Standard Class Rail travel and transport up to the value of £200.00 from a UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to London.
Two (2) nights’ accommodation at the LaLiT London sharing a Junior classroom on a bed and breakfast basis
Dinner on one evening to include three courses per person and a bottle of wine of the restaurants choosing.
35-minute massage per person at the LaLiT London Signature Spa
One day entry tickets to the Tower of London
A 3-course meal per person at the Aqua Shard
Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check-in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
2) The prize must be taken before 30th November 2020 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 15th December 2019 to 5th January 2020, 12th to 16th February 2020, 3rd April 2020 to 20th April 2020, 5th May 2020, 25th May 2020, 31st August 2020. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.

3) Booking is subject to availability.

4) A cheque or bank transfer for the £1000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed

5)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

6) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities/elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

7) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

8) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

9) Accommodation, footage and images kindly provided by The LaLiT London.

10) Should the prize winner prefer to drive themselves a mileage allowance up to the value of £200 will be offered and the rail allowance will be forfeited. The allowance will be calculated on a return basis at 45p per mile from the prize winners’ home address to The LaLiT London.
