    Do it yourself.

You’ll have more paperwork to fill in with a claims management company. They don’t do any of the ‘work’. You have to tell them who you’ve borrowed from, you have to tell the lenders why you’re unhappy and you’ll have to do all of the contact with the lenders.

Doing it yourself is easier and cheaper.

there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

Go to the fca website and complain directly. If you use a cmc they need you tell them should had credit with anyway.

    Complex PTSD is a pain.

Then dealing with a CMC is unlikely to help you.
I have had a lot of different credit over 30 years but no paperwork and cant recall all companies.

Your borrowing data is not in the public domain. A CMC wont be able to tell you who you borrowed money with.

Do you not have a support worker, family member or friend who could help? Failing that, see if you can get someone at the Citizen's Advice Bureau to assist you.

Claims Management Companies are exorbitantly expensive considering what they (don't) do.

Carlangl…...hope this helps, its helped me

    fca.org.uk/ppi/how-to-check/search-for-provider

Scroll down and click on the company you dealt with.
Fill in a new 'form' for each claim....unless it tells you otherwise.
You could always print off the first form you complete or screenshot it as it's pretty repetitive, and you'll probably find you're entering the same/similar answers for each company/form. This way you can use it as a cribsheet…...it takes a lot of the 'head' work out of it when you're heads not playing ball.;)

I also called Which (as I'm a member) and FOS for general advice, tell them about your mental health issues and what you're trying to acheive. They were really helpful with me too. CAB didn't help at all.

One way to think of it, even if you manage to fill in 1 or 2 claims yourself and then you do decide on a CMC......its 1 or 2 claims they haven't got their hands on!

Sorry it wont let me link as Im new.....but hope this helps

If you’re doing 1 or 2, then do the rest. As above, referring any to a CMC will only add to any ‘stress’ as there’s more paperwork to do. Stress reduction is NOT a reason to use a CMC as it will have the complete opposite.

More paperwork, more ‘work’ and don’t forget the endless phone calls.
