NatWest Credit Card have met me 1/10th of the way!?

Ok, so im reclaiming a fair bit, it's around £250 (excl interest)..

NatWest replied today offering me a whopping £25... yes 25, not 250..

I have red the step-by-step, but theres no template to say "god, do you think im an idiot or something, like hell ill accept that" in a more professional term :beer:

any advice how to progress from here would be great, im not willing to settle under £175.

Is it worth me acceting it as a part payment? or does that only work on banks?

You can use the letter in Step 4 to threaten court. Either include the sentence about how much you will accept or remove this and put something like 'I do not accept your offer of partial payment and will be pursuing the full amount'.
